I live in an apartment and realise there's a stalker who has been stalking me for quite awhile, not obvious until recently when he waited for me in the elevator and lied about where he stays. He lives in within the same block, married and still eyeing on me. I smell craps. Please help.

Talk to your apartment agent. Then call the police and let them know what's going on. Everytime it happens that way if you end up protecting yourself there will be a paper trail to back you up! I had a stalker and he stopped after the Police called him and said he didn't stop they were going to arrest him!

if you're sure he is stalking you and it wasn't just a coincidence he is every where that you are,then i recommend going to the police and giving them a heads up on the situation hopefully they will believe you and not ignore it,do not confront this person at least not alone,he could very well be dangerous,try not to go out alone anymore,not trying to make you paranoid or anything but generally as a rule people who stalk are usually mentally incompetent to a certain level

Ask the local sheriff for some assistance? Draw some attention to it. At least let your neighbors know...post a note in the elevator.

REPORT THIS STALKER TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. Even if they can not take any action right now, it will at least be on record. Also- always carry MACE or PEPPER SPRAY! You can never trust these people! Be very careful and make your friends and family aware of this, too!

I believe you need to file a report with the police or at least with the D/A so your report will be on file. I'm sorry that your having to deal with this creep, but be safe.

Well if he is doing this,first notify law enforcement. Let people also know of his actions . I think you should also be able to get some kind of order of protection.. best to get some leagal advice before something happens. we can only give you advice which may be wrong. best to seek legal help on this..

make a police report about this ,just to be safe ,maybe the police can ask him to stay away from you ,god bless !!
