Well you can't do anything. Your brother has Athletes foot. Its when nyour feet smell and it starts to peel. But what you can do it maybe get Frbreeze, yeah, and like spray your room with it. Oh but....theres one thing you can do! Okay...theres stuff at i think any store. It has Feet Cream (name) its made for the stench of feet. buy him some of that for him and hallulaaa!

Tell him to use foot powder daily and air out his shoes at night. Make sure he is washing his feet when bathing/showering and wearing clean socks.

Chop his feet off.
If he doesnt want to co-operate, sounds like he is wearing the same stinky trainers all the time. Just shove a load of Bicarbonate of Soda in them and leave them out to air.
Or burn them.

Put Gold Bond Medicated powder in his shoes. It should cure the funk. Works great for jock itch too!

Have him soak his feet in vinegar.
Sprinkle a little baking soda in his shoes.

tell him to wash with soap ATLEAST twice a day !
change socks everyday and put talcum powder before wearing shoes
also socks should be washed same day to prevent them smelling

Well, if he wont do anything about It I suggest a visit to your local sports shop and buy one of those nose grips that divers wear.
