Everything is expensive on The French Riviera, but go,go,go. You'll have a great time. Visit all the coast from Marseille to Monte Carlo (it's gorgeous) and Nice also (all the city-it's a very nice and elegant one).Enjoy your trip and don't think about money. You can do all these trip with few money, or you can spend a fortune, but the real fortune will be in your heart.

Not particularly, being the largest city in one of the most expensive areas of France. Depends where you're from and what you're used to I guess... for eating and drinking out, London prices probably there or thereabouts...

It depends on what you mean by cheap. And perhaps on how much money you have for your trip.
Besides all of that please know this.
Nice, France is one of the many wonderful and beautiful places on our shared planet.
Have fun but be safe.

Everything is expensive on the Riviera. Prices are the same as in Paris, I don't know if you've been there.
Enjoy it anyway because it's a wonderful place.
