There is not an exact age that babies should do things as each is an individual. The ages that a child should do something is only an estimate. My daughter was a late bloomer and didn't roll over until she was well past 7 months, even though everything I heard and read said that she should have done that months before that age.

As long as your baby is healthy, just be patient and your child will develop at a pace that is right for him.

All babies develop at different paces I can't really tell you when he should but in my experience my daughter started sitting up real early at 4 months but my son on the other hand didn't start until 6 months. So it just depends on the baby and if i were you I wouldn't rush it because they grow up so fast.

I have a 10 month old myshelf(boy) and he started sitting up around 7 and 1/2 months and he was walking at 9 so dont worry hes doing fine if he is already trying at 5 months. All babies advance at different ages. Just have fun with him and dont put pressure on yourself hes doing just fine.

My son was very slow at learning new things, all babies are different and we can't specify an exact time frame on when and how soon they will learn things. Just be patient and sit back and watch cause before you know it your baby will not stop learning new things. You will wish he was that tiny baby who depended on you for everything again.

My baby girl is sitting up and she's 7 months today. Anyways does he hold his head up when he's on his stomache? If so that's good. Boys take longer then girls to develope skills. I wouldn't worry about it. Heck next month he will probably will show you he can sit up. Good Luck.

Normal. All babies progress at different speeds. Try to strengthen his neck by pulling him up slowly a few times a day. Or put him on his tummy during the day. This will help!

Every child has different time table. I've know kids that walked at 9 months and others that didn't do it until they were 15 months old.
