I think good preachers are good and bad preachers are bad.
I think God is great!
I think prayer is the elevation of the mind and heart to God.
I think the world needs more good preachers, more God, and more prayer.
With love in Christ.

As far as preachers go there human like the rest of us, good ones and bad ones. The different denominations are more like cliques. They all welcome you, hug you and call you brother but the first time you disagree with the clique then brother its my way or the highway. So I dont do churches. As for the shape the worlds in today If we would use our own resources to supply our fuel needs it would solve alot. If we was to become 90% self sufficient, I think certain countrys would start being a whole lot nicer. They might ever knock a few trouble makers in the head just to get some business back. But as long as we need them they have us by the tail. Cant forget God and prayer! No matter what you are told God is here for all of us and not a certain few. Prayer is something we can do anywhere anytime. You dont have to be on your knees or close your eyes or bow your head. It could be a quickie or a longie its up to you.

government and religion should be seperate, forget the fact that God appears in government doctrin, so we leave it up to tradition. As for preachers, 98% of them have a hidden agenda and they and it usually regards money, and the other 2% only want to help. God exists and prayer may help, but it usually only good for the soul. As for the state of the world, maybe if more people believe in what the word of God stands for instead of what their religion dictates, maybe, maybe the world could be a better place.

The world would be in a far better state without God and preachers!!
Want proof? Look at the handfull of known primitive tribes who stubornly refuse to allow contact with anyone outside their area. Much more civilised, compassionate, moral and happy than anyone else!

I was raised catholic & attended jesuit high school.. and think i grew up relatively sane. kids probably need to be taught ideals, not necessarily with religion, but with a good role model. For me anyways, it was sunday mass & reading passages from the bible.. new testament with jesus played major role.. love your enemy, don't be a hypocrite, etc.. But in high school, they stressed thinking for oneself and making our own conclusions about the bible. One important quote was, "you don't have to believe in god to be religious". I guess i can be classified as an Agnostic atheist, and try to live up to the ideals taught in school and my own experiences.. the state of the world, especially with terrorism, is insane because of manipulation of any religion by violence-driven fanatics.
