You shouldn't have to put oil in it unless it's leaking. Check it once a month by pulling the oil dipstick out, wiping it off with a paper towel, reinserting the dipstick, and taking it out again (that will give you a more accurate reading). There are marks on the dipstick that will tell you how low it is, so if it gets down to the "add one quart" line, add a quart. How often you should change the oil and filter depends on your driving habits. If you use the car mostly for stop-and-go driving or short trips where the engine runs for less than 20 minutes, you should change your oil and filter every 3,000 miles. If you do mostly highway driving where the car has a chance to get warm, you can get away with changing your oil and filter every 6,000 to 7,500 miles.

I even have worked on automobiles for 40years, have considered the carburetor engines pass into gasoline-injected.. It rather relies upon at considered one of those using which you do and the mileage you place on the vehicle.. if your vehicle is new, i would not use a injector cleanser yet consistent with danger as quickly as a twelve months,as long as your putting a 1000miles a month on the vehicle..If the mileage is decrease, like 5000 a twelve months, i might upload injection cleanser by way of the gas tank, 4 circumstances a twelve months.. After 50,000 miles, i might upload the cleanser six circumstances a twelve months.. reason for injection cleanser is to sparkling deposits from the injectors, and stop buildup! distinctive gas grades have been discovered to have no substantial income.. in spite of the shown fact that, In automobiles( V8s) that don't acquire alot of miles consistent with twelve months,, I even have discovered a tank full of top type gas, and an parkway force of an hour at speeds above 55mph have bigger the overall performance of those automobiles ,on account which you sparkling the deposits off the injectors, exceedingly on the better speeds.. in case you place the injector cleanser in with the tank of top type, each and all of the greater clever..desire this helps SOLOMON

its recommended to change your oil and filter in your car evey 3,000 miles or every 3 months, whatever comes first.
its also recommended to rotate your tires eveyother time, this keeps the tread on the tires somewhat equal.
