Navy blue sweatpant/gauchos with green and white stripes running down the side (just 3), and a silver 22 on the other side at my hip. Just tell me a color!!!! THX!

I would match the stripes, either the green or white. You can't go wrong with the white though.
OR just go with a navy (white stripes or plain.)
I would also stay away from adding any more colors that aren't already in the pants. Too many colors in one outfit can look like you are indecisive.

The color is maybe a white shirt (with the white stripes) with some lettering in navy blue

try matching to one of the colours of the stripes. Or white always works - goes with everything.
