One that I like to read is http://www.elderwisdomcircle.org/ It is a group of elders who answer your question. From the responses I read they seem to give well thought out advice.

I believe that your on the one of the best site's for answers. But if your looking for medical or any type of specialist, I would check webMD or do a search.
But if its just advice for general stuff, you at the place you need to be, although you may have to wade through a bunch of crap to get to the real answers, but it's worth it. There is some very smart people on this site, I am amazed at some of the answers and the insights that some give. Very Cool.
