It is good for the prostate, it is good for the whole reproductive system, it relaxes you, it releases sexual tension, it helps you to control erections during the day, it is the safest sex there is, it is always available, and it feels great. If you do it to much you may irritate your penis but just use more lubricant.

Masturbation is one most common forms of sexual release known to man. Boys and men young and old gay and straight will masturbate with no harmful effects or signs of going to hell.
How many fathers out there remember when they were teens masturbated? Do you not expect or know that your son or sons will masturbate. Why not deal with this talk to your son and make it easy for them to understand that masturbation is normal and OK.

There are no harmful effects of masturbation. However as they excess of anything or obsession with anything is not good, which is true here too. However this is no excercise and as such you cannot call it a health enhancing activity.
