as I already said to you politely research the oil suppliers to the US.
Just because a country exports oil does not mean it comes to the US.

If you stop and think for one moment....the golden rule is as follows..who have the gold makes the rules...and if the US can control the Arab nations and their Oil...either by politics or by force..who will stop them in the next 100 years...

the Iranian president ( i do not like him., he is an @$$) but...a big but
he does not want to be controled by US policies...take a look at Iraq...average daily deaths...about 75....Saddam is an @$$ but every nation has the government they deserve...if the People from Iraq wanted to change their system...to democracy...they could have done something about it long time ago...they did not...
Why??...I do not care...

Korea is publicly saying that they have WMD...and if the US dares to attack them, they will kick butt...but the US is not interested in N.K ,....they have no Strategic purpose for the short
term....

The one that is actually insulting the Intelligence of the US is Mr. Chavez, he is dealing with China, Iran, Cuba, Nicaragua, Colombia, Argentina, and many other nations that are in a black book...but the US is not doing anything about it because Venezuela has over 11,000 gas stations(may be more) and oil refineries within the US...go figure...

I'm afraid we have painted ourselves into a corner with our oil needs. But, yes, Iran and the UN are playing the US and the entire rest of the world for suckers, getting their bomb ready so that they can use it to try to wipe out Israel.

(In its way, the UN hates Israel just as much as Iran does-- the presence of Israel keeps revealing that the UN is a do-nothing and accomplish-nothing organization, which is only dedicated to keeping its own influence and prestige going. If Israel was nuked, the UN would cry crocodile tears and 'offer its services' to 'make sure it didn't happen again' --after having done nothing to prevent it! And it would probably put those who DID it in charge of the investigation, the way it put Libya on the committee to prevent global terrorism. Either Kofi Annan is of substandard intellect, or he is the biggest scam artist in the world.)

I get the shivers when I think that some Islamic fascist might drive a 'car-nuke' into a crowd in Israel. I think they actually believe that Mecca would not get nuked next, in retaliation.

Im not too eager about the possibility of Iran developing nuclear weapons. But Isreal has them.
Another valid argument is that Iran has as much right to use nuclear power and technology as anyone else. We're simply demanding the right to be able to continue to hold our weapons over their heads.
Before you start yelling at me, let me emphasize again, this worries me...

The US has plenty of oil, we are mules for the oil companies, and environmentalists. We have the crude oil we do not have processing facilities.

Canada, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela are America's biggest oil suppliers I believe.

Are you a delusional megalomaniac?

Any vendor can charge whatever the market will bear for their commodity. Or do you want Soviet-type Five Year Plans? Worldwide, even?

Sheesh!
