Ok hun.... got your answer. Always (and I mean always) carry a little bottle of tylenol, ibu, midol... whatever you like... with you. And... try those heat patches. They work great. You can get them at walgreens and just put one on in the bathroom etc. They feel so nice and totally help me with the cramps!

the over the counter period pills work pretty good,, ( I suck at spelling so won't even try it giggle)

you can also go to the bathroom and do a few quick stretches. or try one of those stick on heating pads Thermacare or something like that??

If you're not allergic, take ibuprofen for the swelling and pain.

i try to stand up alot and move as much as i can because it eases the pain

buy those heater things. u can just wrap them around ur back or stomach
