You can call 920-929-5110 and order the service manual from Mercury, you should have your serial number so they can provide the correct manual. If your year is correct he part number is 90-43509--3 they are about $75, any Mercury dealer can also get the manual for you. Seloc is another option.

Either go direct to the manufacturers, or failing that your local library will order it for a charge through the Inter-Library Loans scheme. Just be aware that way you cant keep the book for too long.
Suggest you try that ebay link first.

Most boat dealers have a parts department, so you should be able to get one through a local marina. Some auto parts stores can get them though Chilton's Manuals, if they have the catalog to order it.

get it from the manufacturer.
If you get one second hand, you cannot guarantee the nformation is correct, and you could get a wrong part which could wreck the engine.
