can i have a radiobutton be uncheck after clicking on it?

I don't think you can, radio buttons are used because you must select one and only one of the options presented. If you want them to be able to uncheck it, use a checkbox instead.

You could reset your whole form. Or you could use javascript and have a button that will call the javascript function to clear your radio button(s).
