They are either the moderate Muslims or they are actually sleeper cells waiting for the word from their Imams or Osama to attack. The Homeland Security have found some and arrested a few of them since 9/11 in this
country(USA) and overseas.

You could say the same for the Jews and Christians. Here in the US, we have no state religion, so the Jews, Christians, and Islamists, each of which demands that their faith rule everything, should all leave immediately, according to your logic.
That's why we have Jews demanding that babies be circumcised, Christians demanding that the Ten Commandments be displayed in courthouses, and both groups looking to abolish legal abortion and probably reinstitute chattel slavery. Fortunately, there are a few sane people here who won't allow any of these things.
