Dear Kartik
Don't Do this if you Don't know what are you Doing

Steps To Clear the CMOS

Read Mother Board Carefully and See The CMOS/BIOS Jumper
if unable to find read the Manual carefully
if No Mother Board Manual
Then Download From Manufacture Site

There will be 3 pins
Which Have setting (By Default) - Don't ulter CMOS settings
Middle Pin is Common one Set to the alternet way

Notice you are in Admin ZONE. Read Manual Carefully if you don't know

Just Start the system and In 60 Sec Switch Off
Basic Thing is supply a pulse

Set the Jumpers at previous place
Your CMOS Setting are At Default Now

Second Method

Remove The CMOS Battery

And Short the + and -ve terminal that Connect to the Battery

Third Mathod

Google for a master password for your bios. That is the easiest fix. Next easiest is to find the jumper on the motherboard to reset the CMOS completely (probably called BIOS reset or something like that). You can remove the battery, but it usually takes 24-48 hours for the CMOS to reset that way. While it is technically possible to simply extract the Dallas chip from your motherboard to reset the BIOS, I severely discourage this method.

Clear the CMOS settings...there is a jumper (usually by the battery) that you switch to the other 2 pins for a few seconds, then back again. You can also remove the battery for a little bit then it will clear too.

there are two ways to clear CMOS password. first option is to remove the battery and put on after 2 minutes. second option is to short the jumper.
