Hi,

I'm sorry to hear of your eptopic pregnancy :(

If the doctor removed it and saved your tube there is no reason why you should not go on to have a very healthy pregnancy. As long as you are ovulating pregnancy can happen.

You have been trying for a long time - have you been charting your temps? or indeed doing ovulation testing? If the answer to these questions are YES and your BDing has been at the right time - you need to go back to your GP and ask him to have a little look-see - it is recommended that if you are actively trying for over a year you should go and see your GP.

I hope this helps.

Best of luck with TTC

Jo

They removed the good tube? Leaving you with one blocked tube? If that's the case it doesn't sound like you have very good odds at having a baby. As long as there is one tube seems like there is at least a very small chance you could someday get pregnant. It can't hurt to keep trying.

As long as your uterus is in tact you can probably have in vitro fertilization...that will bypass your tubes...although they would probably have a hard time harvesting any of your own eggs, and you might need to use a doner egg.

Good luck!

The painful periods bit is irrelevant. The one working tube should be enough to conceive, but you obviously are at risk of another ectopic. Speak to your doctor about your concerns, not the idiots on here, and good luck!

Dont listen to that little skank's negative remarks... I hate people like that.
You should be able to get pregnant if they corrected your problem. I know many people who have had that STD and have healthy kids! If you want more info surf the web or ask you doctor! Good Luck!!

that's yet another call for a penis. Extrapolating from that, you are able to decide what 'tube steak with white gravy' must be. no longer attempting to be gross or rude, however the term 'tube steak' is, in itself, many times seen 'rude'.
