My father and brother were both murdered approximately 3 years apart. One day I was sorting some of my Mother's papers and began to read their death certificates. To my astonishment, the bullets that killed each of them entered their body in the same manner.
Those that knew me often said that I spoiled my father and my brother spoiled me. That just gives you an idea how much I loved them and suffered when I received the announcement that they were no longer with me.
Over and over in my mind I tortured the killers and I watched them suffer. However after a number of years, I realized I was not getting anywhere with that mentality! Only when I began to search myself and asked God to please set me free from the bondage of their murderers and very slowly began to forgive them, was I able to start my healing process.
Yes, there was a lot of tears, pain and sleepless nights, but ultimately I won. Sounds like something that is just made up, but trust me, until I was able to forgive, then and only then was I able to start my healing process.
How do I coup even today, I remember the laughs we shared and the stories we shared. You also must remember that one day everyone will have to stand before a just God and give account for every deed that we have done in our body. I'll keep you in my prayers and may God give you the peace that He has given me.

You need supportive company, not vodka. One drink is too many, and a thousand is not enough. Find a 12 step group when you read this (Alcoholics Anonymous), you'll make friends, and find answers to your other question about being abused.
Make this your low point, and don't go any lower. If you only do what you are doing now, you'll only have what you have right now. Do something different.

"its better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all"
i am sorry for your loss. but think about what she would say right now. she would probably say there is no need for you to end your life because of anothers life is gone. at least be happy the man is in jail and will not a thing like that agian. you only get one chance to live. live it out.

Holy- You should stop drinking and get a tattoo in memory of her, seriously, it's like they protect you through the tattoo. I hope she will find you up there someday, and you will prosper.
