You mean wheelie bins? Nope, my husband and I put ours out for collection 6 or 7 times a year. We recycle, compost, and are careful about what we buy. If it is overpackaged, we don't buy it. We do not eat snack foods like crips or chocolate bars or anything, and we rarely buy consumer appliances. If we do we recycle it appropriately. We hae kerbside collection but only for glass, paper and cans. We take the rest to a recycling facility about 7 miles away. Here we recycle;
Cardboard
Batteries
Oil
Flourescent tubes
Plastic bottles
Textiles
Scrap metal
It isn't hard. I am in a wheelchair and I do it.

It's not the overload I have a problem with, as I tend to recycle where possible.
It's the water that collects at the bottom that disturbs me.
I mean what is it made up of? Bleugh!
