I am assuming that you mean after they are born. In that case it would depend on how much they weighed at birth. So, if they gained a couple of pounds after birth they probably could weigh anywhere between 5 to 15 pounds at 8 weeks. If you are speaking of the embryo which is what the baby is called at the eighth week of development, it is only a few ounces. The baby is called a Fetus after it has passed the embryonic phase.
