Carbon - Not harmful, can harm you if you are in a cave-in in a coal mine.

Oxygen - supports combustion.

Silicon - Mostly rocks, can harm if they fall on you or if someone throws one at you.

Helium - Not harmful

Krypton - Not harmful

Neon - Not harmful

Xenon - Not Harmful

Nitrogen - Not harmful

Chlorine - Extremely toxic

Flourine - Extremely toxic and extremely corrosive will even corrode glass. Helps prevent tooth decay.
