Assuming Wolvie doesn't know about the "Off with their heads" deal breaker I'd go with Connor or Duncan.
Not because their more powerful - The Quickening, but because I like the whole witnessing all of history concept. Way KEWL!

I would have to say Highlander. MacLeod is used to cutting peoples head off. I love Wolverine, but MacLeod would win unless Wolverine decapitated Highlander.
