Since the Titanic isn't able to serve food anymore I would have to say the answer to your trick question is nothing.

Awhile back there was a book published (I forget if it was a cookbook or general history book) where they listed the menu of the last meal served in first class on the Titanic. I think there were even recipes to recreate that at home. Personally I was grossed out by the selections and I'm not a picky eater. But it was along the lines of foie gras, caviar, and other top of the line delicacies.

I'm thinking sea food and caviar, that's very classy. Maybe fruit bowls and some elegant cakes for dessert. And make sure you dress in your finest clothes! Bon voyage! =)
