First of all, I don't know of any Camry's that have Idler arms so If someone is trying to tell you yours is bad and trying to sell you that repair, turn them into the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
All Toyota Camry's from 1983 to 2006 have what is called Rack and Pinion Steering which do not use an Idler or Pitman arm.
Indications of a bad Idler arm is loose steering.
