it starts when someone yells Happy Hour and everyone rushes to the bar trampling u on the way to get beer!!!!

Well GOD, Of all ppl you should know this, Its starts the very second you are born and starts all over everyday you wake up,If you happen to not be feeling happy it might be your own fault,but keep in mind while your not feeling happy, many are, So dont go and try to ruin thier day too, go take a nap
