No, I think there might be a standard size, but there are smaller seats and also larger seats. Probably best to find the same brand as the toilet you have

I believe the distance between the bolt holes in the toilet are a standard distance apart--this enables most any new toilet seat to attach to the rim of most any toilet.
But there are different sizes of seats, principally due to the big difference between round and elongated seats. But there can be other variations. But knowing about round and elongated is MOST important. It's pretty obvious which is which.

Most toilets are one of the two standard shapes, elongated, or round. This is primarily because toilet manufacturers do not make seats. Some toilets have special shapes and require bowls designed for them. Eljer has a square front version. Higher end toilets often have custom shapes.

All mass produced seats will fit on a standard home toilet, and the fittings are adjustable anyway.but beware, the inner dimensions, (ie the actual hole in the middle) can vary lots.
It's a problem for a large person to use a smaller hole, but a problem for young children to use a larger hole. So think about who will be using it.
It might be a good idea to measure the hole you are presently comfortable with and take a tape measure when you go shopping.
