Thats not eggs, It's poop. Little brownish spots? Just wash it off. Flies lay eggs on dead animals and nasty stuff that the larvae, or maggots feed off of. A mild risidual insecticide might keep them from hanging out on the siding. I use pemectrin 2 in my barn, It's not dangerous. Find it at farm supply stores or in garden supply places.

Common houseflies do not lay eggs on siding. They do on carrion, garbage, or waste matter. The maggots have to feed.
If winter is near in your area, they may be spiders, hibernating in small cocoons.
Bleach water may help. About 3 parts water to 1 part bleach. Spray on.

there is a flycatcher that really works you hang it and the flies will go there and cannot get out! walmart has the lowest priced ones, they don't like vinegar either.
