I'm sure its just the principals personal preference. Due to the fact that i am definite the foundations or violations don't primarily say 'mandated hair dye' if it did than that would be ridiculous. WHITE is fair. But other opinion is that fair is for 'beautiful' and to see any thing beautiful is the beauty of your eyes. now it is up to your thinking
