I'm going to say Ocean's Eleven. However that may be due to the fact that I think they're someone how made even better and more funny by their individual quirks that interferes sometimes.
Not sure I said that right, but I hope you get what I mean & to me, the characters are just more interesting.

Ocean's crew is better.
I like Don Cheadle's and Brad Pitt's characters.
Italian Job was like the poor man's version of Ocean's 11.
