Yes, incredibly hard. I'm considered the "smart one" in my group of friends, but when it comes down to this I am just so hard on myself and don't really realize it until someone else points it out to me.

I have a really difficult time forgiving myelf. I mean actually i never forgive myself for anything. I still think about mistakes i made ten years ago and they eat me up inside. Everyone is thier own toughest critic and they punish themselves far more than anyone else ever could. It is difficult to let go and forgive yourself when you know you was wrong or you made a mistake you think you shouldn't have.

Very much so. I can replay stuff in my head for months if ot years. It's a little sick. It's good to realize you've done something wrong and to hate yourself for that, but you gotta get over these kind of things.

Sometimes, but I usually decide "what I have done, I've done" and since I can't change it, I stop blaming myself, instead I decide to do something usefull :-)
I usually forgive myself as fast as possible when other people start complaining about what I've done as well lol

Yep indeed. I am a perfectionist. For some strange reason I believe I am supposed to do everything right and if I make a mistake, that situation reverberates over and over again in my head.
