Most pet stores sell brine shrimp eggs and hatcheries that can start producing small shrimp within 48 hours. And, you could try contacting your local marine stores to see if they sell live pods and rotifers which will do until your hatchery is up and running.
P.S. Where abouts are you? I will buy any surviving young

Call your local pet shops and ask if they have any live brine shrimp available. Good ones will stock many types of live food for sale. Also check out if any have a set up to hatch your own brine shrimp for feeding.

Good luck!

Most every pet store has brine shrimp, they are frozen and you must ask for them, because they are not out for all to see. If not here is a link to an online store I found for them.
