I look at it like this. It is the opportunity to have a little input in what your wife or g/f purchases. I'll admit I was a little intimidated going into Victoria's Secret by myself. I should explain that I took the time to obtain my girlfriend's measurements etc. Once I understood how the whole bra thing works as far as sizes, cups and the waist measurements it was easy. It has become an x-mas tradition to shop there for her. She seems to like what I pick out and a little help from the sales clerk doesn't hurt either.

I don't feel like I'm going against my will at the big league intimate apparel store. To me, its like looking at the Plasma TVs at Circuit City.

Now if we are talking Wally world or Targe't.. and she is looking for something "comfy" like control top panties.. I'm off to electronics, the DVD section or something else. I announce my intention that I am leaving " post haste" lol

i imagine it really is by using the very reality "instantly" women at the prompt are not quite instantly. One time I purposely tried to embarrass her by putting a bra on over my baseball cap for the "cat's ear" look only to be told to get lost, so it kinda worked for me. She was there forever and didn't buy anything and I looked at tools, tractors, DVD's and computers, called a few friends, ate, and bought what I came for. I love em' but women are strange creatures.

My wife did that to me once. I started suggesting items to her that were way too provocative and then I called the sales person over and started asking her about the edible underwear.
