Yeah, RIGHT. Never - I was always way too shy as a child to ingratiate myself to an adult. And I could never understand why the kids who were the pets WERE, if you get my drift. Now I'm a teacher and I have NO pets. I don't like to be brown-nosed the way some teachers do, and I try to treat all of my students equally.

Yes in the 2, 3, 5, and all through high school. Even worse I was the principles pet in high school. I got away with everything.

Yes, all through grade school and some teachers really took advantage of my abilities and my willingness to help. They had me write all the assignments on the board, correct papers and anything else they wanted to get out of. But I didn't mind cuz it kept me from being bored.

for every first quarter in elementary, I was always the teacher's pet... I was always good at the beginning...
