I cannot write yahoo mail ,ther is A Attach Files box I cannot get rid of?

I just checked at Yahoo Mail in the website. I was able to see both the Attach Files and also the Text box for entering the text.

I think your browser / modem is having issues and not dowloading the whole page. Try reinstalling the Browser or use alternative browser.
