She could. Pregnancy can happen anytime you have sex. Start wearing a condom every time if you don't want to get her pregnant. If you are going to do adult things, act like an adult.

obviously not. The period corresponds to the time when the unfertilised egg gets eliminated from the body, together with the lining of the uterus which was ready in case the egg would have been fertilised (most of the material is the lining, since the egg is microscopic).
On a regular 28 day cycle, ovulation will occur about 14 days after the 1st day of menstruation. The so-called fertile window for a woman is considered to be about from 5 days before the ovulation (sperm arrive too early and has to survive until the egg arrives) to 1-2 days after the ovulation (the egg lives only 1-2 days if not fertilised).
So, very roughly, the fertile window is about from 9 days to 16 days after the 1st day of the last period.
Now if you do NOT want a pregnancy, then the safest part of the cycle is the 8 to 10 days BEFORE the next period, and the period itself.
But of course this is never 100 percent foolproof, and also some women have irregular cycles, which makes all this math irrelevant.
If you do not want a baby, are not ready for one, whatever, then you should NEVER TAKE CHANCES, and always wear a condom. And abstain from advanced foreplay since, as you probably know, some seminal liquid can be emitted even w/o an orgasm, and it may contain a bit of sperm.
Be careful!

Never trust the cycle method. It is not accurate, just a guide. Girls have gotten pregnant many times while on their period. It is unlikely your girl is pregnant, due to the cycle, but certainly still possible.
Wear a condom. Your slight discomfort for a few minutes is nothing compared to what she would have to go through in pregnancy.
IF you can't be responsible, keep your tool to yourself.

Always wear protection to be safe. It is always possible no matter when you have it. You should have put her on oral contraceptives right away/ the pill - the morning after pill. The sperm can stay alive for quite a while inside the woman's body.

The question is....
Do you want or not her to be?
If not, then the answer should be simple. You are of good mind?
No mention of protection. So if you didn't want her pregnant, you would have taken precautions?

Since the sperm will stay alive past the menstration, yes, she can get pregnant, just as any other time.
