how do body wraps and dance underwear help dancers also what does it feel like to wear them?

i am also interested in what enpointe and enpointe shoes are also what does it feel like to wear toe protectors and how do they help dancers

Clothes that is specifically designed for dancing is a lot less restrictive yet preserved the line. I litarelly dance better if I wear proper clothing and underware. It is only noticeable after you try wearing it and try switching back to not wearing proper clothes.

I like to wear legwarmers especially in winter. If I dance without them, I get microinjureis and my ancles get a little sore. No need for that...
