No you are not a hooker. lf this is the only guy you do this with then l would classify you as a playa. If he does not press you for info then why volunteer it. He seem to be ok with the situation then why worry about it. Now on the other hand if you are doing this with other guys then oh yeah give up your day job and get yourself a pimp.

What you've got seems from the outside to be somewhere between, hooker and girl friend. Although though it isn't without a romantic feeling.
Have you gotten the impression from him that this is how he sees you too?
I think the most important point is if you are comfortable with this arrangement or if you want more. If you do, you need to open up about who you are at the very least, and how you feel.

Yep, you are a prostitute by any defnition. He is a pleasant John, and you seem to be a fairly honest whore, but your arrangement is sex for money and goods. That is prostitution.
You don't rate as a professional yet, however, since you don't yet need a PDA to keep track of who you are sleeping on any given evening. You are more of an amateur whore.

wouldn't say you were a hooker unless you do this to other blokes as well. Think you just want the best of both worlds. you don't want a 24/7 relationship cos you feel tied down but obviously you want some love and attention once and a while. have i got it right ?

What exactly are you afraid of? One leap would be all it took to be in a relationship with this guy. I am with a guy who is in the RAF and they aren't all idiots who sleep around (no offence but the fireman! Most of them would not hear the alarm because their heads are soooo far up their own ends!) He is kind, sexy, considerate, funny, respectable. Yours doesn't sound too bad either! It can work and you must have doubts about how your going about this cause you have questioned it.

Treat this relationship as nothing more than it is - a romp, a dalliance. He does not have the respect for you that he should have for a future wife. Would you continue the relationship if there was nothing in it other than physical and emotional benefits?
If the answer is no then you can probably classify your self as a prostitute. If the answer is yes then you are probably not.
My guess is you like the intrigue and suspense of the relationship and are not ready to tie your self to one person and prefer to keep your options open. If you dumped him could he find you?

It depends if you like him or not or if you just like the presents and money? If you like him then you are sleeping with him cause you are attracted to him and you want, but if its just the presents and money you like then you are not a hooker but you are in a way selling yourself. It sounds like he likes you, why dont you talk to him about it, tell him about yourself and find out about him, its a possibility he has a girlfriend, you need to find out.
