Well the whole purpose of a cardio workout is to elevate the heart rate for 30 minutes or more....
Some of those videos definitely do it for me.... ;)

There was one I recall that was just an exercise in lust.
The women wore tight but skimpy leotards, overpainted lips and lots of butt thrusting and bending over.
I don't think the aerobics were of any really quality either.
There was another one that had quality aerobics, set at three levels of activity (light, normal, heavy), but the instructor was tremendously busty

I watch those exercise videos to gawp at the womens bodies, so what is wrong with that, i like looking at womens bodies and the only men who dont are gay

Men can turn anything in to something sexual - dam their good at it! I know they watch is these exercise videos just because it turns them on, but then thats the only reason that I like certain sports like football and baseball, the tight uniforms and you get to see the guys move those muscles. We do it too, just in our own way!!! No harm in it!!!!!!!

One of my bosses works out with the TV every morning.
He's an attractive, fit guy and looks great for being 50ish..... Although, he does fancy himself a lady's man and his wife is considerbly younger than he is.
Which is likely WHY he works out with the female instructors.

let's be honest ...men are always men ...they find it hard not to give a second/third/fourth glance at a woman's chest when it is 'fully loaded' ....some women may express disgust with such men but they may actually longed to be stared at by men. lol ....
