The person should at least have the blinds up, then he can do whatever he wants, but not to have the curtains or blinds down, show a little respect from those around you, even though you are in your own home. There might be children around who caught u naked by chance.

You have the right to do whatever you like in your own home, however if part of your home is open to the public (like open blinds and windows) then you are being an exhibitionist and should close those blinds or curtains. It's not the neighbor's duty to not look--it's your duty to make sure they have nothing to look at.

Why are they complaining anyway? Maybe they just want you to go naked around their houses too.

If your neighbors are looking into your home, it is YOU that has the legal complaint. If they have cited this to the authorities and they have not been detained, you should take legal action against the elected officials of your community.

Your home is your castle, your yard, its sprawling gardens. Bear your goods like the royal scepter, for all to admire or cower before.
