After the bank holiday, I expected the week to speed by, but it is taking forever. Why is that?

When we do something we don't like, like working:), the time goes twice slowly as usually..You were thinking about your weekend, so the work days seemed longers..

It's how you perceive time. It's not a constant in your perception. Hence, it goes quickly when you are enjoying what you are doing and slowly when you are not.

try working 7 15's, then come back and ask. I do it. but we have extra long holiday weekend..

why are you wishing your life away? if you don't enjoy what you're doing stop right now and do something you do enjoy, time will go much more quickly (if that's what you really want) that way
