Clearasil Max 10 - a little bit goes a long way. You just put a bit of it on each pimple before you go to bed and in the morning, they've been eroded away.:)
Also, drink lots of water - that flushes out toxins that cause spots; and eat plenty fruit and vegetables.

The easiest and least expensive ways I know from experience, are:

Use lemon juice to wash your face. Fresh-lemons can be cut , and the slices rubbed around on the face. Leave the juice on for a few minute, and then rinse with
water. This is a cleanser, an astringent, and an acid that is good for skin Ph.

Use Noxzema skin cream instead of soap, also,

Occasionally using dishwashing liquid is also good. Point is to avoid soap on the face.

Bake your face with sunshine or a sunlamp, 15 minutes a day.

First thing in the day, rub your face with your hands, before any washing. All the excess oil will thn be hand lotion, to help keep your hands from drying out.

Working out with exercise, enough to build up a good sweat, helps to keep the pores open and clean.
So a "run in the sun" kills two birds with one stone.

1. Clearasil, works well.
2. If you put toothpaste on your pimples, and leave it on overnight there should be some improvement.
3. Lay off, chocolate, chips, basically unhealthy food.
4. Drink green tea.
5. Don't touch your face if your hands are dirty.

Generally you ca't get rid of them if you're a teen, dur to that thing called puberty, your body produces extra oil, and it ends up on your face unfortunately.

Hope I helped.

You need not to undergo any surgical operations to remove those pimples. You don't even need to buy expensive cleanser or facial wash to make your face look smooth and adorable. all you've got to do is to wash your face with water and soap as often as you can. So that dirt won't get stock in your pores. However, you must choose a soap that won't irritate your skin.

Put some toothpaste on your pimples when you go to bed, and exfoliate regularly (mix some sugar and a bit of cream face wash just before you want to wash your face)
Don't worry too much, they'll go away soon enough, oh and don't sleep with makeup on

Toothpaste! Just apply them on your pimples and leave it for the night. The next morning, it's gone. Or it might take a two day but it does work!!

Lava hand soap. This, from my personal experience is the cheapest way to help clear skin. Only use it once a day though. Lava hand soap will literally clean your skin off your face if you use it too much.
