HDD is Hard Disk Drive, its where data is stored Permanently (or its there even after you turn off your pc and back on again), 'Data in mycomputer' is I assume data on your HDD, if you open your 'My Computer' you should see your HDD's (C:\) and maybe an optical drive like a cd/dvd writer (D:\)

Well … HDD means “Hard Disk Drive”. For example when you see the drive letters like C (Local disk), D (Local disk), etc in My Computer, that’s a one HDD (in Actual terms, a partition form the real HDD) and when it comes to the data in your computer, you can say that the data is stored in the HDD. Or simply in your hard disk.

There is no difference between the two.
To store ur data or files in ur computer a Hard disk (HDD) is required.

Data in strings of Os and 1s are stored in the hard disk.
