All you need is someone who has photoshop. They scan it in and at 300dpi you ftp or upload it to a site.I use www.bigposters.com. I do this all the time and have posters made of my drawings which were created on a regular sheet of paper. My posters are usually 24'x36' and cost only $25 + Shipping.

Blowing it up using standard and even advanced copy machines will distort the image and you won't like the results. The best way is to take a color slide picture of the drawing and have that turned into a poster by a professional photo shop. There are graphic design shops that can do the same thing with digital pictures also.

Kinkos, Staples or Office Depot all do great jobs and offer a variety of paper and paper sizes to choose from.

kinko's for blowing it up...but chances are, once it's enlarged, it's not going to be ready for framing (and the paper that they print on isn't anything special).
Hi res drum scan...great if you're loaded $$$$.
You may be reproducing it onto better paper for the optimum result, with cost in mind. You could get some decent canson paper, use the kinko's copy with graphite transfer paper (or saral paper in the colour of your choice) to trace the drawing onto the canson paper, refine the piece...voila.

if you want to redraw it mechanically, use a cartograpf, in instrument used to enlarge maps. Else scan it on a drum scanner at hi res, and then teak a print to any desired size, you could even make hoardings out of it

if you xerox it, you could change the size. or you could bring it to a photo shop. Ask them to copy it to make it bigger. or draw again on a poster size piece of peaper... hope this helps..
