Would you date a person with Adult ADD and had ADHD as a child

sure, nothing is wrong with that, in fact i have adhd,always have had it except wasn't ever taken care of until recently. ppl have to understand that ppl with mental issues are not bad ppl,not all of us are killers or anything like that and mental illness is given a bad label,its like wake up ppl and learn more about it.

No. If I dated an adult, that would be illegal. Well, technically it would only be illegal if we had sexual intercourse but it would be icky nonetheless. So, no, I would not date an adult under any circumstances, even if he had a mental condition such as ADD.

Well, Let's put it this way.
if my husband had it, and I knew when i met him, then "yes" because this guy is the hottest, most wonderful man to me, but if I just met a man that I wasn't feeling total chemistry for, and found out, I would be less likely to date him.
Bottom line, if you really like the person, it is worth working things out and possibly even helping and understanding.
if not, beat it.

I really don't see what the problems would be if they are doing whatever's needed to control it. If you like a person well enough to go out with them, well, it's just something that you deal with just like anything else.

ADD is a made up disease for people that have not trained themselves to sit and concentrate! And for parents who don't discipline their children
