No, not for that particular parcel. But they keep all the postage paid in the UK on a parcel to the USA, and there was an international agreement in 1874 (the Universal Postal Union) that it would all be assumed to balance out in the long run. In 1969 there was a new arrangement to charge some countries, and compensate others, whose balance wasn't close enough.

as an employee of royal mail, believe me, they wouldn't deliver it for free. they pay for it to be delivered yes.

aye it doesent matter where it comes from as long as the postage is paid, **** knows who collects the postage probably the taxman as usual lol
