Hello, failures are the stepping stones to success. and it is really applicable to every sphere of life. it depends on what attitude u have! if u observe around u u will find many people out there with the same question and they know the answer too but the only difference between a successful person and a person with not so positive attitude is that a successful person uses his knowlegde and skill at the right place and at the right time. Thomas Alva Edison failed 3000 times before the inventing the electric bulb but when asked he replied that he learnt "how not to use the 3000 ways for inventing the bulb" So it's all in the attitude and once anyone learns to celebrate failure then from that moment onwards he becomes a successful person. so do not think negatively and take all failures with a smile on ur face then u will observe that it's actually not failure but a next step u r climbing on ur way to success.

Anand, there is hardly any path of to success without any failures on it. Failures on the way should not make you think that the destination is not success. It only means that on the way to success, success may not be the very first step. You have to continue.

look, when you never fail, you always do everything correctly. you never face problems. your academic studies is just like a smooth straight line - no difficulty, no failing. but when you fail, just like a graph of x^3 + x^2 - x + 6, you learn something new, you learn not to do the wrong thing again. the lesson is something very precious so that you wont do the same mistake again. when you do less mistake, the chance for you to become more successful in the future is more. get it?
failing is good - you learn something you didn't know - something you wont learn if you always won. do you know how may times did Thomas Alva Edison try in order to come up with light bulb? do you know that some big companies actually hire people who have failed a lot of times?

Every new start,
is a holy new start
and a different kind of failure!

When Edison discovered how to make a bulb glow, he had already experiments hundreds of times .. do you know how he took those "failures"? He said - I did not fail nnn times; I just discovered nnn times how not to make it work.

Think positive .. lesser mortals give up easily .. lowest form of human beings do not even try .. it is the survival of the people with a "never give up" attitude for the right thing.

All you need to do is get up one more time than you fall ..
