To start with this should never have been an issue. There were very clear signs long ago that Hair was temperamentally unfit to umpire at any level. He has indeed studied the rules very well but he knows little else.

The spirit of the game has never rubbed on to him. He asks for a great deal of money to retire. Did he never realise that it is the spectators - both at the venue and on the media - who directly or indirectly contribute? He was asked to umpire, not to judge. ... And he asks to be the Grand Inquisitor!

Yes, we want to get on with the game. Hair, please quit gracefully!

i think that there should be justice, whether hair shows some proofs or should leave his place ( and write another book and earn alot of money).
