The stop smoking guru.. What are your views on the theory? I quit about 7 years ago with the original book, stupidly began smoking again about 3 years later. Am partway through listening to the CD version of the program, can it work for me again?

The book may help the first time you read it.

Once you realise that your body doesn't *need* cigarettes (like it needs food and water and it doesn't need alcohol or drugs) it's very easy to quit. Good luck!

I gave up by myself 6 years ago.
I think the thing is not to be REALLY anti the smoking cause then you just crave it more.
Never read this book, but if it helps..do it.
Also try to stop hanging round other smokers or places where they hang out because this doesn't help much in the early stages.

Don't know mate.
I am off since march this year so surely it works. There is a list of clinics inside the books, why don't you try and contact them.

I'm guessin that depends on whether or not the trigger that caused you to start smoking again is still prevelant in your life.

If it is then you're chances of quittin again might be reduced.

Why don't you just sling all that rubbish away and STOP SMOKING? Like all by yourself, with no help and no outside interference. I did it several years ago, so if THIS pratt can do it, anyone can !!!
