I had always been told to phone before you thought someone would be going to bed. I think anything after 10pm for chatting is a bit rude.

Phones ringing at 2am make me panic- i assume it is an emergency. I don't mind if it is an emergency and someone calls. But otherwise, really - its just not on.

My mobile is on 24/7 ... just don't call at 3 AM or I'll be a bit pi**ed!

I know that if the Phone rings at about 10.30pm it is my nan. Only thing is I assume that somebody has died! I wish she would phone earlier.
