That way, we just dunk cups in to the ocean, stick them in the microwave for two minutes, and hey presto! A lovely hot steaming cup of tea.

I just thought, there's caffine in tea. It will keep all the fish a dolphins and whales more alert.

We tried that in Boston but it was REALLY REALLY expensive and those swimming kept complaining about getting "tea bagged",

nothing will happens, the sea no matter what you do, sea can regenerate it self, it's a wonder. even if you dump the nuclear waste the sea can recycle it, but it surely take soooooo long.
but just take a jar of sea water, add some tea, put it on microwave for several minutes, and voila! a lovely hot steaming cup of salty tea :)

Not a bad idea....if we could only keep the salt from curdling the milk.

How dumping a barge load of bullion cubes into the ocean? It's already salty, and the populace would have ready made au-jus!
