Do this simple experiment to convince yourself.
The earth is approximately 150,000,000 km from the sun. This distance varies somewhat with the seasons because of Earth's elliptical orbit. Yet, a simple instrument can be constructed which will provide measurement data that permits a relatively accurate measurement of the sun's diameter.

If you believe in bible sun is orbiting us. This makes sun is smaller. SO choose which one you want to trust.

we know this because for a body to have a large gravitational pull it has to be imensely huge itself
the sun is huge we know this becaue of photographs and due to the fact that it has a gravitational influence on 9planets (if u include pluto)
